When looking for an experienced sign writer there are a few things you should consider. Firstly today most sign shops have sign makers, not sign writers. Different printers give different results

Some new print technology won’t last as long as older print methods. Here are some examples:

Where UV prints have been used – see photos 1 and 2. Now compare these to our own workshop sign – photo 3. All these 3 signs were installed to an exterior wall at the same time, You can see the UV prints (1 and 2) are failing badly after only a few years where as our sign has vibrant colours and is still in ‘like’ new condition.

It comes down to using the right print technology for the right application. Again experienced sign writers should’nt leave you with an inferior product.

Eco solvent printers are low emission. We use Eco Solv for our outdoor production. Combined with premium quality SAV media and UV laminates our signs can last twice the life of UV prints. The colours are very sharp and vibrant. The most popular finish for signs is a satin laminate. Alternatively a matte finish laminate is another popular choice.

A corporate client wanted hand painted signs for the business. They needed cultural and team building messages conveyed to staff and clients as they entered the building. This was an easy fix. Some hand painted wording and simple graphics were hand painted to the walls of the stairwell at their premises in Sydney. The new signs were hand painted by our expert sign writers in durable paint thats easily noticed and long lasting. We did an onsite inspection, took measurements and mocked up a new design for sign writing the building. HOW SIGNS ARE CREATED

When we are creating signs we do as much preparation as possible prior to going on site. This includes layouts, measurements, checking OHS and traffic issues and communicating with the client. Typically  calender vinyl is used for vehicle graphics, window graphics, road signs, general signage, labels and decorative or shorter term signs such as floor graphics.
